How do I book an appointment?+
The easiest way is to book online through Fresha. You can choose your clinic, treatment, therapist and available appointment time.
Which clinic should I book?+
Woburn Sands is our home for advanced skin, laser, body treatments and beauty. Marston Moretaine is our beauty-led clinic for nails, brows, lashes, massage, facials and tanning. Massage and lymphatic drainage are available at both clinics.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at 25%, same-day cancellations at 50%, and missed appointments at 100% of the appointment value.
I'm not sure what treatment I need. What should I book?+
Don't guess. Get in touch with us and we'll point you in the right direction. For skin concerns, a consultation is often the best place to start.
Skin & Advanced
For when you've got a skin goal but don't speak fluent facial.
What's the difference between a facial and an advanced skin treatment?+
A facial can focus on skin health, hydration and maintenance, while advanced treatments are selected around a specific concern or goal. We'll recommend what actually suits your skin rather than simply choosing the biggest treatment on the menu.
Do I need a skin consultation first?+
For some advanced treatments, yes. A consultation allows us to assess your skin, discuss your goals and make sure the treatment is suitable before creating your plan.
Do you offer microneedling?+
Yes. Microneedling is available at both Woburn Sands and Marston Moretaine.
Where are your advanced skin treatments available?+
Our main advanced skin and technology-led treatments are based at Woburn Sands. Facials and microneedling are also available at Marston Moretaine.

Where do you offer laser hair removal?+
Laser hair removal is available at our Woburn Sands clinic.
What laser do you use?+
We use TrilogyIce technology for our laser hair removal treatments.
How many laser sessions will I need?+
Laser hair removal is normally carried out as a course because hair grows in different cycles. Your therapist will recommend a treatment plan based on the area being treated and your individual response.
Can I wax between laser appointments?+
Waxing removes the hair from the root, which interferes with the laser treatment process. Your therapist will explain what you can and can't do between appointments as part of your treatment plan.
Nails, Brows & Lashes

Do you offer BIAB?+
Yes. BIAB and a range of nail services are available at Olive. Check the treatment menu when booking to see the options available at each clinic.
Do you offer lash extensions?+
Yes. We offer lash treatments including extensions as well as lash lifts. Available options can vary by therapist and clinic.
How long can I leave between lash infills?+
Lash infills need to be booked within three weeks. Beyond that, a new full set may be required.
Do you offer brow lamination?+
Yes. Brow lamination is part of our brow treatment menu alongside other brow services.
Massage & Body

Do you offer pregnancy massage?+

Yes. Lymphatic drainage is available at both Woburn Sands and Marston Moretaine.
