Come as you are. You don't need to arrive knowing what treatment you want. The whole point of the consultation is to help you understand your options and decide what feels right for your skin, goals and budget.

Do I need to know which facial I want before I book?
No. In fact, if you're unsure, a skin consultation is the ideal place to start. We'll talk through your concerns and explain the treatments that may be suitable for you.
What happens during a skin consultation?
We'll discuss your skin, what you'd like to improve, your current routine and any relevant history. From there we can talk you through suitable treatment options and help you decide on your next step.
Will you try to sell me a treatment?
No. The consultation is about helping you understand your skin and your options. We'll recommend what we think is appropriate, explain why and let you decide what you'd like to do.
Can you create a treatment plan for me?
Yes. If your goals would be better approached with a course of treatments or a combination of treatments, we can talk you through a realistic plan rather than simply recommending one appointment.
What treatments might you recommend?
Depending on your skin and goals, we may discuss options including HydrO2, microneedling, HIFU, Clinicare peels, dermaplaning, radiofrequency or other skin treatments available at Olive.
