Lymphatic drainage isn't suitable for everybody. Certain health conditions, recent surgery or other circumstances may mean we need additional information or medical clearance before treatment. We'll check your suitability before we begin.

What is lymphatic drainage massage?
Lymphatic drainage uses gentle, rhythmic massage techniques designed to support the normal movement of lymphatic fluid through the body.
Is lymphatic drainage the same as a normal massage?
No. The techniques are generally much lighter and more rhythmic than treatments such as Swedish or deep tissue massage.
What does lymphatic drainage feel like?
It's generally a gentle and relaxing treatment rather than a firm massage. Your therapist will explain the techniques and make sure you're comfortable.
How often should I have lymphatic drainage?
That depends on why you're booking it and your individual circumstances. Some clients book an occasional treatment while others choose more regular appointments.
Can everybody have lymphatic drainage?
No. There are circumstances where lymphatic drainage may not be appropriate. We'll ask relevant health questions before treatment and advise you if further medical guidance is needed.
